Elderly Gardens Care Centre is a full service licensed home which provides nursing and other therapeutic services to patients of old ages in the comfort of our homes and has built a legacy of caring and compassion in rehabilitation and long term care since it’s over 12 years of experience. We are dedicated to providing quality, reliable and cost effective care tailored to your needs. We are locally owned and our flexibility in providing care, follow-up and communication is what makes Elderly Gardens Care Centre the agency of choice for your loved ones needs. Elderly Gardens Care Centre continuity provides a warm, supportive, and caring environment for both the patient and family members. We will advise our patients in setting up for the most convenient and supportive environment for patient care, including advising them on the need for specific items, i.e. Hospital bed, bedside commode, walker, and other items. We work with patient in orders and work closely with the family or physician to provide the total care necessary for the patient.

Elderly Gardens Care Centre offers nursing home care services, covering needs from full-time, round-the-clock skilled nursing to just a little assistance with daily tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, cooking and companionship to name a few.
We understand how important it is for family members to feel that their loved ones who need assistance are under the best care centre. It is our mission to enable individuals to help you or your loved one maintain independence and remain safe at our centre. We provide care services from as little as one hour a day to 24/7 around the clock care individualized to the patient’s needs.
Our caring staff is available to you or your loved ones for as little as one hour visit to round-the-clock care.
